What does the $100 access fee cover?

The Team plan’s shared workspace. Team is priced at AUD $100 per organisation plus $50 per staff member each month, excluding GST. Essentials and Advanced pricing will be confirmed before subscriptions open.

Do clients count as paid staff?

No. The staff charge is for your team members, not the clients whose care you record.

Is this the rate charged to care clients?

No. These prices are for your Shwifti software subscription. Your client service rates are set separately. See how group charges work.
