Can one group have different worker ratios?
Yes. Give each worker their own ratio, such as 1:2 or 1:3. Record actual attendance, including late arrivals and early departures.
Can each client have a different rate?
Yes. Save rates in client profiles, set future changes or lock a rate for one activity.
Do group notes stay with each client?
Yes. Each client gets their own note and searchable history, with shared activity context where needed.
Does attendance immediately create an invoice?
No. Attendance creates submitted timesheets. A coordinator reviews and approves them before invoicing.
Does Shwifti take payments or connect to QuickBooks?
Not yet. You can create invoices and record payments received elsewhere. Payment processing and QuickBooks are not connected in this release.
