What Shwifti does.
Shwifti is care management software for disability and community care teams. It connects rostering, group attendance, client records, timesheets and invoicing.
Plan, record and bill
Schedule individual visits or group activities. Assign workers, set client rates and record attendance. Keep care plans and notes with each client. Review worked time, then create client invoices and download them to send.
Who can see what?
Each person signs in with their own Shwifti account. Workers see assigned care information and their own work records. Owners and coordinators manage care and billing within their organisation. Records and uploaded files are saved online.
What is not connected yet?
Payment processing, QuickBooks, payroll, funding-claim submission and automated email or SMS delivery are not connected. Recording a payment or credit does not move money. Demo enquiries are saved for the Shwifti team to review.
Before using it for real care
Shwifti is in an initial release. Approved privacy terms, retention and backup procedures, incident response, staff onboarding and an agreement for handling client information must be established before operational use. No regulatory certification or compliance guarantee is claimed.
